Except for commercial prospecting operations, STIB considers all the above processing necessary for the execution of the contract between a client and STIB or for the recruitment of future STIB collaborators.

Commercial prospecting operations are based on the consent of the person concerned regarding the processing of their data. The concerned individual has the option to withdraw their consent by submitting a request via email using the contact form on our website.

YOUR RIGHTS AND HOW TO EXERCISE THEM WITH STIB

Any individual requesting documentation or registering with STIB has the right to access, rectify, oppose, and delete their data in accordance with Articles 38 to 40 of the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978.

Under Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, individuals have the right to limit processing, erase their data, and request data portability starting from May 25, 2018.

These rights can be exercised with STIB, which collected the personal data, as follows:
